1. Sponge Holder
Long handled to allow distance between unsterile area, sterile gown
2. Towel Clips- Backhaus
- Keep sterile drapes in position.
- Sharp clips should no longer be used.
- Blunt nosed clips secure equipment - quivers, suckers.
- Disposable drapes /velcro – may make towel clips obsolete.

- Bard Parker/Barron handles with detachable blades.

Scissors

- All scissors open & close in the manner of ordinary household scissors.
- Cut with the tips of the scissors for accuracy.
- Their edges must be inspected for chips, nicks, or dents.
